(1) On Account:
Our Credit terms are Net 30 Days for existing credit approved customers, only.
If you are a New Distributor coming to autostatcorp.com for the first time, you may apply for credit after your initial credit card purchase.
Simply complete the Fully Secured Online Credit Application after you have completed your order at Checkout. Be sure to complete all information fields required. There is a $100.00 minimum on all on account orders. Orders less than $100.00 will be subject to a $10.00 handling charge.
(2) Credit Card:
All first time purchasers, who wish to place an order on autostatcorp.com are required to charge their order on either a company charge card or a Personal card authorized for vendor purchasing. We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa for your convenience. We do not accept debit cards of any kind. There is a $100.00 minimum on all charge card purchases.
(3) Prepayment:
For those customers who may not have an acceptable credit card to transact online with Autostat, you may arrange to prepay by means of wire transfer from your Bank. This method should be done, if necessary, by fax, only, to better secure your Bank information.

Furthermore, we will not, under any circumstances, distribute or share your proprietary information, including your e-mail, to any third parties. This includes all information you may have submitted in a credit application, as well as information provided by you in our Distributor’s profile.
All prices on the autostatcorp.com website are net of any discounts. Prices are subject to change up or down at any time, due to cost increases (or decreases) of raw materials which are beyond our control.
All merchandise return requests must be submitted in writing within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise, and with the approval of our Customer Service Department. You may fax or e-mail this request to Autostat at customerservice@autostatcorp.com.
Authorization for a return of merchandise will be made if you received incorrect items in your shipment or if the products are defective in any way, at Autostat’s discretion. A Return Authorization (RA) will be issued by our customer service staff, and e-mailed or faxed to you. All returns must be made in the original cartons where practicable, with the original packing slip.
Upon receipt of your return, we will determine the nature of the defect or error, and either replace the merchandise if deemed defective, or issue you a merchandise credit, at your discretion.
Damaged Goods in Transit claims must be made directly with the carrier, be it UPS, Fed EX or Freight Company. In such cases, you must notify the carrier directly of your claim, and our customer service staff will assist you in any documentation necessary to complete your claim, and will arrange to replace the merchandise.
Autostat Corporation makes no warranty of any kind, other than our obligation to deliver stock merchandise to the specifications described herein the website known as autostatcorp.com or in the case of custom printed items, the specifications of the buyer. As such, the Seller’s liability is limited to replacing defective product, and in no event shall Seller be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages.
